I work with individuals and in group settings in order to develop skills to improve well-being. The sessions incorporate a therapeutic approach to utilise personal skill sets in order to effectively improve our ability to deal with stress, and other negative factors in the modern world.
Sessions can be done remotely or in person and include resources and on-going support.
